Moon Sagittarius
Sun Pisces
The 58th verse of the Tao Te Ching reminds us:
When the ruler knows his own heart, the people are simple and pure. When he meddles with their lives, they become restless and disturbed.
Bad fortune is what good fortune leans on; good fortune is what bad fortune hides in. Who knows the ultimate end of this process? Is there no norm of right? Yet what is normal soon becomes abnormal; people’s confusion is indeed long-standing.
Thus the master is content to serve as an example and not to impose his will. He is pointed but does not pierce; he straightens but does not disrupt; he illuminates but does not dazzle.
So here we have it: Bad fortune has good fortune hiding within it, and good fortune is what bad fortune hides in.
It is important to see the positive (good fortune) in any lesson or gift (aka an offering from another person in the way of honesty, respect/disrespect, ignorance or arrogance). I have to admit though sometimes these “gifts” can be uncomfortable or painful. When this happens I like to respond and say, “thank you for sharing.”
The Sagittarius Moon offers a philosophical approach to our curriculum – it is all about the learning. The learning pathway may be littered with rocks and cactus but if we can wipe off the mud we may see an exquisite gem. Or if we look at the cactus a perfect flower may be lurking on the other side of the spikes.
Sagittarians are renowned for their honesty and forthrightness. They teach us about acceptance and then striving toward a new goal/ideal. When the Moon visits this fiery Centaur it’s easy to shrug off the darkness of human emotions and motives.
A number three day does not give us the opportunity to dwell for too long in the mud and the muck. For it is a day to love everybody. Express the joy of living in the now. Look beautiful. Feel handsome. Experience the joy that is in you and radiate it all around you.
Consider this affirmation for today: “I radiate joy and share it with others!”
Love, Peace and Happyness,
