Meditation can help me create success

Tuesday 28 June 2011

Sun Cancer
Moon Gemini

Meditation allows me to go beyond the mind and get in touch with Spirit. I get to know the “unified field” ultimately, where true success in all fields of endeavour is possible – instantly.

The Moon moves into Gemini today. She is at her most chatty right now. Talk therapy and intellectual jousting are the prominent themes. We are having our branch planning day today. There will be lots of chatter, I am sure. So our silver orb offers a lunar curtain to draw back and reveal the truth.

An 11/2 master number day suggests a teaching and learning strategy. So if you’ve learned some neat stuff lately then offer it up in a symbiotic balanced flow. The flow of knowledge can be the focal point of your life. And so it goes…

I can transform my whole life

Monday 27 June 2011

Sun Cancer
Moon Taurus

The Universe is an unbroken, continuous fabric which can create and intend my destiny.

Deepak Chopra is a spiritual mentor and positive influence in our world. I’ve decided to return to his 50 card Success deck to support our navigation through the coming weeks.

This week we have one more eclipse to encounter in this current season. I therefore suggest that the remedy for these erratic times is positive thought.

The first card drawn today (after shuffling and asking for guidance) reveals the mood of intensity for this seasonal shift. WE are part of something much bigger and sustainable than ourselves. And yet, we can still create and intend our destiny.

Sometimes we are swept away by circumstances and other times we know that we are the white magician and ultimate creators. There are powerfully creative and transformative times, my Friends and I want to work with you as you recognise your inner power and ultimate creative force.

The Moon in Taurus allows us to stop: take a breath and bask in the healing energy and embrace of Chiron and the Sun. This is a fabulous healing tincture that can ease the pain of our recent emotional and spiritual scrimmages.

Mars and Uranus provide the electrifying intravenous elixir to zap our intention into a positive frame. Please don’t underestimate this celestial influence today. Instead work with these energies – allow them to envelope you; hold you while they support the gentle slicing through the membrane of your current situation – ready to propel you toward a brave new destiny.

Numerologically, we are encouraged to live and let die. It is a 10/1 day. And therefore, relinquish what is not necessary for your rebirth and stand steadfast for the new cycle with an open and fresh perspective.

Please remember: you’ve have not lived these moments so you can craft them anew.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Wait

Sunday 26 June 2011

Sun Cancer
Moon Taurus

Honour your resistance. Sometimes non-action is the best action of all.

So, hands up; those who like to wait? Just as I thought – not too many! I know that there have been times when waiting was excruciating – one more: day, week, and month – year. Grrr. As I’ve matured waiting for the right or most suitable course of action has been the most appropriate strategy.

The Moon in Taurus is a little more supportive of the waiting routine. Taurus is patient, deliberate and steady. Waiting is a skill set for Taureans and we are grateful here on earth that her lunar-ship is now in this phase.

I slept in this morning. I admit it! I put my hand up. The Sun in Cancer has seduced me further into the white fluffy cloud of my duvet.

I have a relaxing and creative day planned which is the perfect antidote to the upcoming Sun-v-Uranus clash later this week.

A number nine day is a philanthropic twist to the end of a hectic nine-day cycle. I feel empowered, validated and honoured and now I choose to “play it forward!”

Decisions

Saturday 25 June 2011

Sun Cancer
Moon Aries

Honour your top priorities. If it’s not an absolute yes, then it’s a no!

Priorities are important for both personal and professional spheres. Today I’ve decided to go into the office for a few hours to tackle some of my professional priorities.

After those priorities have been addressed I have booked a massage – that’s a definite priority.

The act of self care will start my weekend with a healing and relaxing act.

Why have I chosen to structure my weekend this way?

Well, I’ve been in Sydney for the past three and a half days at a conference. I left on Tuesday lunchtime (as we had to drive up because of the airline cancellations due to the volcanic ash). Secondly, there are people who are relying on me for decisions to be made. And thirdly, I love my job and I have a great deal of self-satisfaction when I am confident that I’ve done my best.

The Sun in Cancer and the Moon in dynamic Aries will be a cosmic cheer squad for both areas of choice.

A number eight day is a good business corridor to saunter through – offer realistic propositions and give me the buoyancy to do a good job and more importantly ensure that I take time out for me at the end of today. It is a priority.

I hope your decisions today are balanced and support your values.

Rest

Friday 24 June 2011

Sun Cancer
Moon Aries

Release guilt and make your needs a top priority.

Rest is integral to our wellbeing. It is important for us to take time out for ourselves; when we acknowledge our need to rest – to keep our cup full it is a statement – a commitment to be a fully functional and respectful being.

The Sun is now in the sign of the Moon-maiden. The Moon has moved into the warrior, Aries. These two signs are not highly compatible. Cancer is a water sign and Aries is – fire – you get the gist?

Personally I don’t mind these two opposing sings as Mars (ruler of Aries) moves us out of the cosy dreamy Cancerian space. On the positive side, Aries will move us out of this comfy zone and motivates us to invest in a self-care program.

A number seven day is a channel for spiritual pursuits. It offers a sacred space for meditation and reflection.

Peace be with you!

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Release

Thursday 23 June 2011

Sun Cancer
Moon Aries

Have a good cry. Grief is the doorway to your deepest self.

Crying is the furthest emotion from my soul at the moment. I am in Sydney for a conference and having a totally awesome time. I am with some of my favourite colleagues and I am meeting and connecting with some passionate and amazing professional – the vibe is fantastic.

Last night I walked around Sydney with a wide and proud smile. I love this city. She is complex and exquisite and I love being here with all of my pride. I feel the great benefactor surging into my life. Jupiter has come to visit and his exuberant impact is mind-blowing – bring it on!

The Sun has moved into family-oriented, Cancer. She is at home in this nurturing house. It is all about home and family as she rests in her natal house. I am here with my work-family and am continually supported by my work family back in Canberra – can you see why I feel so darn fortunate. Cancerians are supportive, caring and loving people. They are passionate about what we do and how we do it so it feels as if I am at home right now.

The Aries moon is fab. This fiery phase moves the recent Neptunian haze and we are in the go-getter and rack ‘em up big fella phase. It is also a powerful time for new beginnings.

Responsibility and commitment are the essence of the six day. Take it steady and make each moment count. I’m off to be committed to some serious fun and learning – bye!

Dance

Tuesday 21 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Pisces

Step into the light. Share your gifts and talents with the world.

You can feel stuck in a number four day. Sure it is a great day to build a solid foundation for your future. On the other side of that your sense is that you are locked in a box – compressed and filled with fear of failure.

Today our collective unconscious suggests that we pull out our tap shoes or ballet slippers and push ourselves out of that box. Tap, bogey – break-dance or jig to your favourite music.

The Moon is in dreamy, sentimental Pisces so it may be an elegant waltz that encourages us to move. Or perhaps a sexy slow dance may bring a smile to our faces.
Mars moves into Gemini so dancing is preferred to debate. Flick through your music collection and choose the most appropriate soul-soothing tune.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Tenderness

Monday 20 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Aquarius

Speak gently to yourself. Cherish the child within.

The Sun and Moon are still in the frenetic airy space of Gemini and Aquarius so keep talking people – get your ideas to market – capitalise on the stream of innovation being pumped your way!

A number three day sprawls more seeds of inventiveness across this rich paddock. Get thinking. Get buys. Share your ideas and invest in the vibrancy of your spirit.

I’m off to the gym – see you there!

By the way, be gentle with yourself and others.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Wisdom

Sunday 19 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Aquarius

Let go of the need to control. Trust in the wisdom of the Divine plan.

An 11/2 Master number day is perfect to follow your star. You have a direct pipeline of wisdom and knowledge from the highest source. Turn within and all of the answers you seek are there fore the finding.

The compatibility between Gemini (Sun) and Aquarius (Moon) are compelling. These two airy signs are l9cked in a mutual obsession; conversation flows and ideas are shared in a quirky and fertile place. This is a wonderful cosmic landscape to see your individualism. Put on your “yellow hat” (http://www.debonothinkingsystems.com/tools/6hats.htm ) and look at the power of your creativity.

Mercury is in a grumpy mood so it might be wise to consider repercussions of your conversation before you invest.

Have a brilliant day!

Guidance

Saturday 18 June 2011

Happy birthday Paul McCartney!

Sun Gemini
Moon Aquarius

Ask for guidance. The Divine will meet your every need.

The Full Moon eclipse has probably highlighted some endings this week.

Today is an ending as far as our numerological cycle and the prompt is, “if its not working for you then let it go!” The upside of course is that a door opens to a new phase.

So, how has this week been for you? Has it been hectic or emotional perhaps? Or have you hidden under the duvet while the cosmic fire engine has rolled across the Universe and missed this electrifying event? Whatever your reaction or non-action to this eclipse I hope it was painless or at the very least, beneficial.

My eclipse week was diverse in its complexity. It was beneficial, enlightening and somewhat disturbing. Some aspects were emotional but in a cathartic way. Opportunities were presented to me to walk through doors and leave the baggage behind.

This morning as I lit my oil burners with revitalising, fresh and uplifting essential oils my soul took a long, healing and loving breath – ahh it’s the weekend and I am loving the lightness of the moment.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Courage

Friday 17 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Capricorn

Take the leap. Your courage will see you through.

Capricorns are considered and steady. They walk confidently in the direction of their dreams. In some respects they are courageous (e.g. Kate Middleton “I had a dream to go from commoner to royalty).

I think that in the post eclipse phase it is important to be mindful about your thoughts, words and wishes especially to keep them all in a positive frame.

A nine day reminds us of our empowerment – nine is also a day from humanity – think about what you can do for others in a special and loving way.

I am generous with others. I freely give of my heart and possessions. I have understanding and fulfilment. I am deeply satisfied.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Opportunity

Thursday 16 June 2011

Sun in Gemini
Full Moon Sagittarius – eclipse
Moon into Capricorn

Release your ties to the past. When you let go of the old, you make room for the new.

Let’s do it – together – grunt, push, release! At 6:13am this morning the Full Moon eclipse has encouraged us to relinquish the old and outdated beliefs, values, attitudes and patterns. Now we can make way for the new!

As the Lunar Legend (aka: The Moon) pushes the release button on Sagittarius she moves, most eloquently into her Capricorn phase. Now she is in the hardworking, goal-oriented sign of the sea-goat. This is a fantastic space to be in especially while we linger a little longer in the sign of the “mind and all things communication”, Gemini Sun phase. Use the power of your mind to craft the rejuvenated, reinvented and revitalised you!

A number eight day promises to be all about balance and progress especially in your business dealings.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Goals

Wednesday 15 June 2011

Set a goal and write it down and release the outcome. Small steps make a big difference.

We are on the eve of the Full Moon eclipse (isn’t she awesome!) so can I suggest that you write down some of the things (aka attitude, behaviours etc) that you want to release? Then write down your goals and release the outcome. I think that we should plug into the power of the Full Moon to propel us toward our goals. Please keep in mind that this Full Moon is in Sadge so beliefs and ninth house considerations are paramount.

A number seven day is suitable for contemplation or to reconsider you life’s direction. It’s a perfect day to retreat and seek the answers from within.

After your internal expedition write down your goals and allow the Universe to provide. If, by some crazy chance you find yourself on another path then that is an example of the eclipse season’s wild card at work.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Help

Tuesday 14 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Sagittarius

Ask for help. Receiving is an act of generosity.

This morning I needed help to wake up. I was so tired after the weekend and I went back to sleep after the morning alarm. I guess I’ll be a little late today – sorry team!

The Sun in Gemini and the Moon is Sadge are a powerful duo. The Moon is reaching her fullness in preparation for the eclipse in two days. This is an emotive time so try to keep a lid on the internal stirrings. Breathe and release.

A number six day is adjustment time. The erratic number five day has now passed and we become more sedate. Consider your responsibilities. Are you honouring your commitments? Teachers excel in this number six environment. Working groups’ area also favoured. So if you need help this is the day to ask for it.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Awareness

Monday 13 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Scorpio

Practice present moment awareness. The meaning you yearn for lives in the ever-present now.

In this journal I quite often write about the future. My motivation is to encourage and support you as you moved toward your goals or best life. My question today is, “what if this is it? What if you are living your best life right now?”

My gifts give me the ability to communicate with a support team. They guide me through my life and at times I relay their messages to you. This morning while making my morning brew and as the jug came to the boil I got a nudge and they whispered, “this is your time, Julia – this is your era to make a difference – to live the life you’ve always wanted!”

I was present. I was in the moment. And now I am passing this message on to you. One other consideration is, if you are waiting for some cosmic intervention the Full Moon eclipse this week could be the perfect instigator for change. You will be encouraged to change gears and move into another lane. Of course, as always the decision will be ultimately up to you.

A number five day promises to add the dynamic lifter to your field of dreams.

Infinity and beyond! It’s the only way to fly, Buzz!

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Count your blessings

Count your blessings. A grateful heart attracts more joy, love and prosperity.

Interestingly today the Sun and Moon are at the opposite ends of the spectrum to my natal placements. My Sun is Scorpio and my natal Moon is Gemini. Whereas today the Sun is in Gemini and the Moon has moved into passion-pants Scorpio.

Have you got all that? Well, I hope so because Scorpio is not that patient. People have to keep up in the cosmic groove.

It’s Sunday and a perfect day to count your blessings. Yesterday I celebrated with on fabulous Gemini grandson and today we are off to celebrate with my other Gemini grandson. How fantastically blessed do I feel? Full to the brim and overflowing with love and joy!

A number four day is perfect for structure (not sure if you can have that in a Gemini phase?) and laying foundations for the future.

The vibrant number three day needs to be contained in a civilised manner.

I am totally with this numerological milestone as I mount the Black Beast (get in my car) and head off to the North Shore.

See you tomorrow – don’t forget to count your blessings!

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Boundaries

Saturday 11 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Libra

Set boundaries. Protect your precious time and energy.

Yeah! It’s Saturday! I love this day of the week. After a committed and devoted working week the weekend is such a celebration!

This weekend is a birthday celebration for two of my grandsons. Yes two Gemini boys who are very special and fabulous guys. They are both massively creative and fill my life with joy – fantastic!

A Libra Moon creates a solid social foundation for the weekend. This foundation offers a fantastic hub of creation to get out there and mingle. Take you joy and love to the street and spread the energy that humanity deserves.

A number three day is perfect for the vibrancy of activity of this Libran Moon. The thoughts and intentions are now offering little green shoots of possibility. Nurture them with love, care and devotion – you will be surprised at your next harvest time.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Truth

Friday 10 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Libra

Tell the truth. Integrity is the key to living an authentic life.

Cosmically it is an airy end to this week. I am not suggesting “hot air” by any means. Rather I would like to offer that the airy and lightness will bring a sociable and amiable atmosphere. In all of this pleasant socialisation truth appears as a guiding light. Be truthful with yourself and others and you will live an authentic life.

Libra is synonymous with justice. This major arcana card is represented by Athene. She is stoic and mindful of her choices – weighing them up before she makes her informed decision. I’ve learned a great deal from this influence over my life and feel that Athene guides me toward truth and integrity every day.

The new cycle has begun and we are ready to make a commitment to our intentions. This relationship is supported by the Libran lunation. Thoughts, words and actions all require energy and this number two day is perfect for investing the perfect energy into the intentions of the new cycle.

I am off to enjoy my relationship with my hairdresser – she crafts her genuis and I feel beautiful – it is a relationship that works!

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Silence

Thursday 9 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Virgo

Rest your mind. Silence is good self care.

In the sounds of silence you will hear your truth. Have you ever sat in a meeting and just listened? Have you sat back and allowed the egos to wash over you? I have. It’s a calming space – a space of truth.

This week we’ve had some tough alignments focused on communication and truth. We’ve also taken time to be patient and mindful in our interactions. As the Moon continues her visit through the house of the Hermit guide maintain your focus on your inner kingdom and walk your own path toward emancipation.

Let go of the recent cycle with confidence that you have given it all. It’s a 10/1 day and a time to start fresh. You can’t go back and change the past. Undow what has been done but you can start anew and head off in the direction of your dreams.

Love, Peace and New Beginnings

Patience

Wednesday 8 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Virgo

Be patient. Be willing to pass up good for great!

The Moon in Virgo supports the concept of patience. Virgo is patient, wise, deliberate and ready to walk on a solid path. I am certain that our lunar maiden would be proud of us having a solid conviction to be patient.

The Moon in the sixth house is focused on daily rituals – being in the moment for self-care through diet, exercise, organisation and devotion to a better and more balanced lifestyle.

A number nine day is focused on humanity. Jewells like opal and gold are in favour. They represent generosity and giving. Pastel colours layer our intention with love and peace.

Be an artist. Use your creative talents. Close a chapter for tomorrow you start anew. Sit quietly and meditate on, “I am one with all life. The whole world is my family!”

Love, Peace and Humanity,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Progress

Tuesday 7 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Leo

Charge forward - be willing to make mistakes.

The Moon and Mars are not best friends today. There seems to be a lot of emotional trauma stirring in the cosmos. It is a good day to lay low. Although, egos could be prickly as we navigate the stormy seas of the current eclipse season.

The Sun in Gemini suggests talk therapy as a way of dealing with this Universal angst. Make a date with your best friend and try to relate your discontent in some coherent manner. Keep in mind its all about progress – it doesn’t matter if you stumble and fall as long as you can get up again.

A number eight day is all about accomplishment and business. Get your diary organised and take significant steps toward your next goal. See it; feel it; taste it “I am the benevolent director of my kingdom. I am wise and prosperous!”

That’s all folks.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Dreams

Monday 6 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Leo

Think big! There are unseen forces ready to support your dreams.

Last week I wrote that I was, “living the dream!” And that was true. Dreams that I had about how my life would look and where I wanted to be had materialised. At that moment I realised that I was exactly where I dreamed I would be. And now my friends, as cosy and wonderful as this place is, it’s time for a new dream.

The Sun in Gemini is the perfect springboard to launch in a new direction. The Leo Moon is the fire, passionate and courage fuel to drive us and the eclipse season is the vortex that opens ready for us to venture where we have neve been before. See you in a galaxy far; far away!

The Number seven day encourages us to look within. Listen to your inner soul. If you keep still and wait things will come to you; the number seven always reveals something.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Day VIII – Adelaide here we come!

The sunrise glows a vibrant pallet of red, gold, orange and dark brown. We are in sheep and wheat country as we tackle the final leg of our Ghan trip.

Storm clouds burst over a sunburnt country offering watery sustenance and a reason to keep farming.

Sitting in air-conditioned comfort while rolling along the track is incongruent with the dusty path motorists travel along.

Rolling green wheat fields boast a hearty future. Life continues to flourish in the great southern land.

Arriving in Adelaide brings a degree of sadness. The trip was a lighthouse of excitement and a lure to save precious dollars for many months. Now the dream is nearly over. Two days in Adelaide with a trip to the Zoo and down to Glenelg on the travel agenda and then back home for more work and savings toward another journey.

Checking in at the accommodation was civilised. I am feeling a little deflated – and it is not that I’ve been unpacked. I don’t want this trip to end. It has been exciting and a real blast. Sitting on the apricot velvet chair gazing out of the window I feel somewhat depressed.

The humans move around – unpacking and making plans. They head off for a coffee and I slip into a dark and resentful slumber.

Back in the room and I can hear plans for tomorrow being discussed. We are going to the Zoo. We’re off to see the pandas and all of the other creatures. I am alert, vibrant and wriggling with excitement. Are we there yet?

Day IX – Adelaide Zoo

We grab a cab and are dropped right out front of Adelaide Zoo (http://www.zoossa.com.au/adelaide-zoo ).

It is a clean and welcoming entrance with really friendly people willing to take your money to gaze and photograph the caged beasties. I know it is a little sad but hey, when I am going to get to Africa or South America anytime soon?

We walk through the entrance and there is a little watery commotion. Stop please, Mistress I want to see what is happening. There are two little Otters frolicking in the water. Mistress takes her camera out and films a little sequence of their fun-filled escapade. They are so cute. Can we just stand here all day and watch them? What – don’t go yet – I’ve not finished soaking up their cheerful and massively cute ritual.

Next watery pen there is a pigmy hippopotamus. Wow it is so cute and tiny? Have I already used, “cute” well they are – just so darn cute – see I said it again. Okay I will think of another adjective – well I will try really hard but remember my vocabulary is limited there are only so many brain cells stitched into my green canvas flaps.

We line up for the Pandas (http://www.giantpanda.org.au/ ). I wish the people behind me would stop forging into my aura – my comfort zone has been penetrated and I am not happy. Not only that they have little munchkins that keep asking, “Are we there yet?” Do I have to state the obvious and remind them, “If we were there yet – we’d be darn-well there?”

The gates open. Cameras at the ready; come on Mistress – no don’t get his butt – I know it is adorable (see another word for “cute”). But (pardon the pun) we can take that back to the grandchildren. Aww they are so endearing (see stretching the vocabulary!). There are two little Pandas and their names are: Wang Wang and Funi. They are animated and very comfortable with the crowd of snap happy visitors. Of course they are munching their way around the compound but hey we are living the dream on the other side. It is amazing to be this close to such wild and endangered animals – and they’re so cute (see I said it again) beasties!

We wandered down to the lions and tigers (they are Master’s fav.). They were sleepy but I think that the lion had eyes for the lioness over there. He looks to lazy and somewhat confined to do anything about it. I am sure that the inclination does not pass though. You can see immediately why they are called, King and Queen of the jungle.

Mistress becomes fascinated with the giraffes. She loves them and proceeds to take 15,000 shots (slight exaggeration – maybe 12,000). Anyway I like the meerkats they are so animated and delightful. They make these funny little noises – I guess it can be interpreted as: “hey guys over there – there are these funny looking creatures with a big black eye starring at us – click click click – why are you so thick? Why don’t you put down the black eye and look at us with your two eyes instead?”

Primates are funny – aren’t they? I love the monkeys and the gorillas. They are so natural they just don’t give a crap about what is going on – they just love to do their thing. I am sure that they are making fun of us in their own lingo.

Mistress is captivated by the two orang-utans. Their plight is one of the main reasons why she continues to publish her books in eBook format. Stop cutting down forests so you can read your book in paper – step into the new millennium and go digital bozo!

Anyway, enough lecturing – lets just watch and see what they do! They have a play pen that has a lot of little food surprises hidden. They know where to go – where to delve into a log or to climb a rope to win a delightful prize. They are ugly in a funny charming sort of way don’t you think?

Fairy penguins are another group of beasties I adore. They are tiny and walk like they are in a very tight tuxedo with no room to move. Racing along fake banks of cement they dive into the water and swim like they’re possessed or at least have a tiny engine squeezed up their water tight behinds.

There are so many great animals in this Zoo. I have loved every minute. I don’t want to take the surprise out of your next visit. Come along and see for yourself. This was a great experience – even the food was reasonable and nourishing – a great day out!

Later that night I slouched exhausted in my velvet nest. Mistress and her other half went out for a candle light dinner upstairs in a fancy smancy restaurant. Care factor on that is zero but they seemed to like it. I have to get my rest as we are heading off early for a tram-ride to Glenelg. Want to join us? Sure come along – get a ticket to ride!

Grunting,

Greenie

Choice

Sunday 5 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Cancer

Reconsider a commitment. You have the right to change your mind.

Personally, I think that “choice” spans much further than the right to change your mind. As human being we are given the gift of “free will”. I believe that this ultimate gift entitles us to liberate ourselves from negative situations, people, jobs and or relationships. I would argue that when we don’t engage with this human right then were are there to learn, grow or even endure. Once we realise that we have the right to choice then we can move on…

The Moon in Cancer adds emotional nuances to the airy Gemini Sun. There is a feeling of quiet reflection instead of the instant processing or quick-silver rationalisation.

Cancer is a water element and loves the depth of the ocean as represented by the symbol of the crab. She doesn’t like conflict and often chooses to step side-ways to avoid such undignified behaviour. That is not to say that Cancerians will not stand and deliver should there be a moment when values clash or when there is a passionate belief on the table to be discussed.

A number six day is adjustment time. All I can say here is, “My home is a peaceful haven!”

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Peace

Saturday 4 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Cancer

Embrace your confusion. Let there be peace in not knowing that all answers.

Don’t you love our icon for today? There were so many “peace” symbols out there but I wanted one that spoke volumes and was a representation of my friend, Felicity.

It is Felicity’s birthday today and I wanted a fabulous talisman that aligned so exquisitely with her essence. She is a gorgeous and brilliant woman and I just want to sing, Happy Birthday via this special “peace” icon.

We are in the electrified midst of the eclipse season. The Cancerian Moon is the calm and tranquil sea beneath our craft. There is fog up ahead but we don’t seem to care because we are floating aimlessly above the depths of our emotional realm.

There is a lot to be said for the Cancerian Moon especially on the weekend. It is a nurturing and comforting phase of the lunar maiden’s transit through the zodiac. I intend to tap into this calm and peaceful energy. What a about you? Are you up for a peaceful interlude?

Change and surprise are key themes with the number five day. Promote and advertise yourself or your products. Be alert to wonderful, positive surprises that benefit you in a delightful way.

More importantly, have a great day! And Felicity step into a magical and brilliant birthday year ahead!

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Julia Ashton-Sayers

Listening

Friday 3 June 2011

Sun Gemini
Moon Cancer

Listen to your wise self. Let your inner compass direct the course of your life.

Have we planted our seeds of intention? Were you clear on the goals/direction? Now take a deep healing and centring breath and listen to your inner compass.

Sometimes it is difficult to do that you know? Just wait – listen – be in the moment. Other times, it is okay to get lost in the sound of your breath?

When you stop and listen you have the opportunity to hear the tick of your inner compass as it takes you into a new location. We are currently in eclipse season so change is inevitable and a major priority.

The Moon is in her natal house. The frenetic ace of the Gemini New Moon has slowed down to a graceful crabby stroll. She is calm, serene and elegant in the Moon Maiden’s native space. It is her comfort zone and she won’t be rushed.

A number four day offers the building blocks of structure. The emotionality of the eclipse has swept in, picked us up and carried us off and perhaps a little off-centre. Now we need to grab the rail and regain our balance. The focused number four will provide the framework for our equilibrium.

Love, Peace and Harmony,

Jar of Jems June 2011

Dearest Jemstar!

Today I considered how fortunate I am with my current phase in my life.

I would have to say that, “I am living the dream!”

Yes, this is the dream I had many years ago and now I find myself right here. I am in love with my life. I have crafted a fabulous cloth of opportunities encrusted with gems of experience, flecks of challenges and populated with pearls of wisdom.

I must admit that this revelation was borne out of a wonderful magical Friday and now I am sailing across the sky on a magic carpet ride.

In this Gemini Sun phase opportunities are coming to me two-by-two. I want to grab them as they fly past. My arms are outstretched and I am ready to embrace any and all prospects that come my way.

The magic carpet sways and swishes across the Universe and this movement remind me that I am in control of these options. I can steer this jalopy wherever I choose with eyes wide open and in awe of the magnificent opportunities that are coming my way.

The world is my oyster, Jems and the golden pearl dances gracefully and elegantly is the result of my experience. There have been times when irritation and salty tears of my frustration have seeded this pearl with a rich lustre that is captivating, My Dear.

Honestly, I am in a place where I can confidently say with gratitude, pride and authenticity, “I am living the dream!”

Please share your current phase with me – I can’t wait to absorb myself in the richness of your recent experiences.

Until then, love and magic, My Friend.

Jar

Dear JarStar,

It delights me to no end to hear your gleeful commentary! As a friend from afar who hovers over your life a like a watchful mother hen, I am clucking with happiness as I witness you, my little chick, spreading your wings and flying high!
It is inspiring to hear of your journey to the castle of success – and of all the blood, sweat, and tears mixed with gratitude that you willingly contributed over the years to strengthen the cement which keeps this current structure sound.

I am deeply happy for you. We have supported each other over the years, with mutually rapt attention to every thought, every detail, every problem, and every tear. As I watch your exuberance, it is with applause that I continue to support you in your pursuit and maintenance of happiness.

I know that you also feel joy in my personal expansion – and I thank you for that! I am also floating in a state of ecstasy and sometimes disbelief. To be in such a beneficial situation as the one I am in now almost brings me to tears! In my little garden of attitudes, I have grown a deliciously fresh perspective that allows me to take some credit for what I have accomplished in my life.

What I am particularly grateful for is having a boss who believes in me. This person took a chance in hiring me - someone who had no previous experience in this field at all – and is training me from scratch to work as a Legal Assistant in his law firm. This act of kindness on his part transformed my perspective of myself in the time it takes an eye to blink once. I could feel the ripples of this act pulsating through the skies of the universe, and a power rose in me – one that will do everything to make sure I never let this person down. I want to live up to his expectations – and in the meantime it has raised my own expectations of myself. I can see how one simple act can create a chain reaction that can benefit the world as it grows in size and intention.

Life certainly does look rosy right now. It feels like the sun is rising in my heart! It doesn’t hurt to have our buddy Jupiter visiting us and bringing us gifts - I am cleaning my inner house right now to make room for his expansive nature! Even though you are living your dream, Jar, I would make sure to leave some room in your life for the generous cornucopia to spill over at your feet!

I wish you continued prosperity on all levels – particularly in spirit. The body is just the caboose on the train, so if your spirit is intact, all else will fall into place.
Smile from the heart.
Be well, and be happy, always, Dear Jar.

Until next month,
JEM
