Love has no obligations or expectations

When you love, whatever you do is because you want to do it. It becomes a pleasure; it’s like a game, and you have fun with it. When you love, you don’t expect something to happen, whatever happens is okay, and hardly anything disappoints you.

The Moon in Capricorn continues down the career path. A number seven day suggests inner reflection and guidance. I am seduced by the subtle energies of the day and feel that I have an escape plan at last.

Do you know how soul destroying it is to be in the wrong place with the wrong people? You feel lost, alone and abandoned by the swirling tide of torment. The tide shifts and you can hold your head above water long enough to see land and your pull yourself up on to the sand. I’m about to step on to the sand.

The Hierophant lingers in the cave of wisdom. His journey into the dark night of the soul has been a treacherous one. His life has been saved – for now. He seeks answers of a philosophical kind and his degree comes from the School of Hard Knocks. He is about to graduate.

The Hanged Man cautions – timing is everything child, don’t make haste – be careful of your next move it has to sit right with the next phase of the plan.

Judgement is shedding; relinquishing the cloak of yester-year. The time has come to leave the sadness and disillusionment of the past behind. The past has served it purpose. You are free and that is all that matters. Leave the nightmare – now!

Being in the wrong relationship or wrong job has such painful repercussions. It’s painful – sure but it is also a steep learning curve. We try so hard to make each other fit the expectations of the role or the reflection of who we desire. This cycle of violence erodes our self esteem and confidence; eventually leaving us with a damaged impression of who we once were.

How do we find the courage to move on and find the perfect fit? We seek solace and counsel with friendships and sometimes with unhealthy habits of denial. Loving ourselves enough to break the cycle is the greatest gift we can give ourselves - once the cycle is broken look to your heart, soul and passion for the new direction of your evolution. It’s the only way out!

Love, Peace and Happiness,

Julia Ashton-Sayers
