There is wisdom in accepting what you are

It is difficult to be what you are not. Being what you are doesn’t require any effort. When you become wise, you accept yourself the way you are, and the complete acceptance of yourself becomes the complete acceptance of everyone else.

It is a number five day – a day of changes. Rain has come to the Territory – water is splashing off rooves and into the gutters. The maple outside my window is dancing in dew-laden glory. She carries the silvery shawl of nature’s haberdashery.

I pulled back the blinds and stood in awe of the constant flow celebrating the rich liquid blessing. I know it rained last night – storms and showers lashed the land around my home. The excitement of the skies perpetuated a wondrous flow of magic and cleansing throughout my soul.

The Lovers are intoxicated with each other’s stare – the world is a million miles away and they don’t care.

The wounded healer hides in his cave and shuns the world until he is brave enough to emerge – renewed and wise.

The High Priestess knows all about the dark side of life. After all she’s been to hell and back. Sitting serenely on her throne she reveals her story; her secrets are published in the journals of torment; her courage and lessons – no secret.

The Emperor is a powerful force. He is the King of Gods – of course. Don’t be afraid to face your nemesis – they are only figments of your fear – smash them into little pieces, dear!

The rain brings a renewed perspective – fresh, vibrant and alive. I am not concerned for my change in direction comes with intention and purpose. I am alive and vibrant – determined to live each day with a zest of peace and harmony. What about you?

Love, Peace and Happiness,

Julia Ashton-Sayers
