Act for the good of all

Saturday 19 March 2011

Sun Pisces
Moon Virgo

I accumulate less, give more, and release my attachment to everything in the world of the 10,000 things.

True words are not beautiful; beautiful words are not true. Good men do not argue; those who argue are not good. Those who have virtue do not look for faults; those who look for faults have no virtue.

Sages do not accumulate anything but give everything to others’ having more, the more they give.

Heaven does good to all, doing no evil to anyone. The Sage imitates it, acting for the good of all, and opposing himself to no one.

This is the 81st and final verse and affirmation of the Tao Te Ching. I hope you’ve enjoyed this journey together. The Tao is considered by many scholars to be the wisest book ever written. Although it is just 81 short verses, it encourages you to change your life by literally changing the way you think.

Our journey will change directions here. I’ve thought about our next adventure into our “wise self” and suggest that we have a little fun in the next phase. What do you think? Okay I will surprise you tomorrow – The Full Moon in Virgo.

Today the Sun is in Pisces and the Moon is in Virgo. She is on the verge of fullness. This is an intense time with her vibration bursting at the seams. When she is in Virgo we mere mortals here on earth are inclined to consider the details in life rather than the bigger picture.

Saturn and Mercury are at a hard angle so negotiations could be a little serious. It is a good day to negotiate for real estate (but check the plumbing or water flow of the property). Keep in mind that Mercury goes retrograde later this month so if there are any contractual agreements to be sorted now is the time to do it!

A number eight day is a good opportunity to have a work/life balance proposal in place. It’s time to get organised and the best day to sign leases and contracts. This is a successful business day!

Enjoy your Saturn-Day!

Love, Peace and Happyness,

Julia Ashton-Sayers
