Male Power – Pyrite

I plant seeds of light on the Earth.

When Pyrite appears in your cards you are being asked to seek out and employ the male aspect of your self to resolve the current situation. The male aspect is the solar energy that resides within you, encouraging you to take action that is not indicated by your higher guidance. Pyrite speaks of movement, and a time of making yourself into the Light of the Sun.

The ability to plant new seeds and to act upon your intuition is nurtured by Pyrite. This Ally is calling you to begin to apply on the Earth plane what you have learned by going within. It is time to manifest the creations that you have conceived, by taking and expressing your inner truth.

It is the first day of winter in Oz. The dark wet mornings are a sign that winter is here. It’s a 10/1 day so the numerological vibe suggests endings and beginnings. What do you need to bring to an end some that something new may begin?

The Moon has moves into the 11th house today. She is in her Aquarian robes. Humanity, friendship and networks are all important. This Uranian influence is rife for brilliant concepts out of the blue.

Our morning reading has a different rattle and hum to it. The Emperor is forceful and determined in his rule. He has lots to say as he sits upon Mount Olympus determined to preside over his Kingdom. His message is clear – don’t be anyone’s fool. Be the best you can be and don’t fret over the lost opportunities – they didn’t mean much anyway.

Prometheus on the other hand is submissive in his repose. He chooses to be the martyr – but then so do we – at times? He reminds us not to allow the desires that feed our dreams slip away into the Neptunian haze. He wants to give up his dream – do you?

Venus entices us into the garland of plenty. She is naked and proud and commanding in her vulnerability. A cycle has come to an end – yes it is the end of autumn and now winter has crept in; the stealth of Jack Frost mysterious and biting. Life feels cold and encourages retreat and contemplation. Consider our next phase – allow yourself time to rest and dream.

Pyrite is bold and beautiful. It is uncompromising in its message. Today is the first day of a new cycle – what seeds to you want to plant with positive intention? My statement begins with good health.

Love, Peace and Dreams,

Julia Ashton-Sayers
