Shape-shifter

Light – skilled at navigating though different levels of consciousness - ability to see the potential in everything

Shadow – projecting any image that serves your personal agenda in the moment

Look for a lifetime pattern of flexibility and or changeability, or deceptiveness, especially tied to your work or family life.

The Sun and Moon are still in the watery haven of compatibility. However, there is an uncomfortable link to Jupiter so this can take us to places where we shouldn’t go. Keep the emotional waters calm and there should be smooth sailing throughout the day.

Our personal day heralds a day of changes. The five day is unpredictable – erratic and can be exciting. I think I’ve mentioned this before that I love the energy of five and eight – sounds strange doesn’t it? It’s like one end of the spectrum to the other. Well, it is however there is method in my madness.

The five day shakes up the limp and bored whereas the eight seeks harmony and balance. It seems to work for me – remember though, numbers are different forms of energy and energy can be positive or negative (just like everything else in the Universe).

Our morning reading compliments the five day, with the Tower bringing unpredictability and discomfort in our current situation. Why are we being pressured or stirred up to make changes? Why are we being forced to move in a new direction?

The Star suggests that we move toward recognition and reward for our skills and knowledge. Don’t keep pushing your contributions in an area that does not appreciate you. Ride the eclipse season and slide right out of there – it’s the only thing to do!

The Hermit, a Virgo ruled card is a harbinger of change for all of us – he suggests that we make sure that the next move is a wise one – be resourceful and deliberate in our path – don’t be wasteful with your time and energy.

The Shape-shifter archetype works for me as I see this aspect of the diverse roles I slip in and out of during my life. Think about your varied roles and the multitude of masks you wear. The thoughts that flood your consciousness as you navigate the rocky road of your existence combust the significance of these masks. It is quite possible that you’ve been a shape-shifter and not even been aware.

Love, Peace and Shifting with the Groove,

Julia Ashton-Sayers
